Clera is operated by 6IX PROPERTY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12804612. Our registered office is shown at the bottom of this page.
What Clera does
Clera begins by understanding a seller’s circumstances, desired outcome and priorities. We may discuss possible property-selling strategies and, where appropriate, propose an introduction to an independent service provider or potential buyer.
An initial website enquiry does not appoint Clera or any third party, create an agency relationship, commit you to a sale or guarantee that a suitable route will be available.
Regulatory position during launch
Clera will not carry out activity that requires anti-money-laundering supervision or membership of a property redress scheme until the relevant registration and membership are in place. The website may accept preliminary enquiries during this setup period, but an enquiry does not mean that Clera can yet provide every service described on the site.
Recommendations and introductions
We will explain the broad reasons for a recommendation, the important trade-offs we are aware of and any commercial relationship relevant to a proposed introduction. We will not disclose your contact or property details to a potential service provider without your explicit permission.
Any buyer, estate agent, auction provider, solicitor or other third party is independent and responsible for its own advice, terms, checks, fees and performance. You should review those terms and take independent advice where appropriate before committing.
Timescales, value and availability
Statements about potential speed, including a sale completing in as little as two weeks, describe what may be possible in suitable cases. They are not promises. Timing and outcome depend on factors including title, legal readiness, funding, property condition, market demand, the parties and external professionals.
Any early indication of value is not a formal valuation unless we clearly say otherwise in writing.

Website content and initial triage are general property information, not regulated financial, debt, tax or legal advice.
